One draft copy of the Nutrient Management Plan with five (5) copies of color maps should be submitted to the Georgia Department of Agriculture:

Any plan that is is found to be incomplete will be returned to the Certified Planner along with a letter explaining any deficiencies/corrections needed. Once the plan is completed and approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, the plan will be forwarded to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division for final approval. A certified copy will be returned to the producer and the plan writer/specialist. One copy will be kept on file at both the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division offices.
